Registered Apprenticeship Program

Get a head start on a career in the trades while earning high school credits through RAP.

This program allows high school students to acquire hours toward their journeyman status while earning up to 40 high school credits.

 

Eligibility requirements for RAP:

If you are currently working in a trade, you must:

  • Have not yet graduated from high school
  • Be under 20 years of age as of September 1 of the current school year

If you are currently registered with Edmonton Public Schools, you must:

  • Have completed Grade 10
  • Be under 20 years of age as of September 1 of the current school year
