Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace

Cultural and other differences—such as age, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation and education—present both opportunities and challenges in the workplace. Collaborating, communicating and transferring knowledge in multicultural and global business environments requires mutual understanding and respect for these differences. This course will cover theoretical frameworks for understanding difference, as well as strategies for managing and valuing diversity and inclusion in different situations.
