We’ll work together to make the dough, learning about fresh yeast versus dried yeast, machine versus hand kneading and resting at room temperature versus colder temperatures. Next, we’ll shape and prove the dough and fry off the donuts. Finally, we’ll fill these heavenly creations with crème patissiere and a surprise filling.
