Ukrainian Christmas Eve—an occasion full of song, festive tradition and (of course!) a tremendous array of delicious food! This class will introduce you to all 12 traditional dishes and their meanings. You will also learn how to plan a Christmas Eve supper without becoming overwhelmed, and try your hand at preparing a few of the dishes. You’ll leave with recipes, a midnight snack and the confidence to host your own Ukrainian Christmas Eve. Materials: $20
